MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a new Industrial Technology center. The center included two buildings and is located at the Main Campus in San Marcos CA. Our engineering services included schematic design through construction documents, DSA Processing and construction administration. These services including the following:

• Grading, Drainage and Storm Water Management Improvements
• Building Utilities- Sewer, Water, Fire Services & Storm Drain
• Palomar College and DSA Processing
• Construction Administration
• LEED Certification support

Our survey services included providing the design survey and construction staking. One of the most challenging aspects of the project was the design of an accessible path of travel over steep terrain.
