Escondido Charter High School

MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a new 54,000 sf Charter High School in Escondido CA. Our engineering services included the following:

• Site Grading, Drainage and Stormwater Improvements
• Site Utility Design including: Sewer, Water, Fire and Storm drain
• FEMA Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Application and Processing
• City of Escondido Entitlement and Permit Processing
• Construction Administration including SWPPP services

Our surveying services included design survey and construction staking, ALTA survey, plats and legal descriptions for proposed utility easements, quitclaims of existing utility easements, and Record of Survey with final boundary monumentation.
