MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a new 80 acre campus in North County. Work included master planning for circulation, access and backbone utility and infrastructure design for the entire campus. Phase 1 includes portable classrooms and administrative buildings. Our engineering services included the following:
- Campus Utility and Circulation Master Planning
- Site Grading, Drainage and Stormwater Improvements
- Design and Layout of backbone Utilities including a Public Sewer Line Connection and Private Sewer, Water, Fire and backbone Storm Drain Systems
- Design of Interior Access Roads, Parking Lots and Pedestrian Circulation, including ADA Path of Travel
- Site Preparation and Design for Temporary Portable Buildings for Classrooms and Administration
- Palomar College and DSA Processing
- Construction Administration including SWPPP Services
Our surveying services included providing the design survey and construction staking.
